With the many walks / running competitions that Singapore hosts every year, it’s no wonder that we’re so spoilt for choice!
Here’s one walk (a charity one at that) that is a bit different from the rest & definitely an activity that you can do with the whole family!
The Bare Your Sole – Charity Walk is a walk that is done barefoot -to remind us of the many people from developing & disaster-stricken countries who make their way through life in undesirable conditions while walking barefoot.
The walk allows us to be in their erm, shoes feet – literally. This initiative also helps to raise funds to improve the living conditions of these people by building homes and fight poverty.
There’s also weekly draws & performances for walkers to enjoy after the walk!
Here’s your chance to contribute – by doing what you do everyday – walking!
