Singapore Things To Do Today - Mathilda D' Silva Esplanade

Late Night @ Esplanade: Mathilda D’Silva

This Late Nite performance is a celebration of Mathilda’s roots…Rhythm and Blues music. From her drumsticks to her unmistakable wail, Mathilda has the innate ability to channel raw emotion into any lyric or melodic line. Beginning with Blind Willie Johnson’s seminal Dark was the Night, Cold was the Ground, the show celebrates artistes like Erykah Badu, Chaka Khan, Willie Hutch and many more.

Mathilda traverses the waters of the African American music genre and also shares her latest original compositions for the first time. A one-night only performance!
