Sparkle On Nee Soon South (NSS) 2010 The 2010 Nee Soon South countdown concert sets the stage to offer 10,000 Singaporeans a platform to bond and celebrate the 2010. This year, the organizers have decided to waive all entrance charges and participants can attend the designed-by-community-for-community concert for free.
