OSCAR’S POSTER BOYS & GIRLS

an installation by BooksActually

“Either that wallpaper goes, or I do.” — Oscar Wilde’s famous last words.

The exterior of the bookstore is tiled with photographs of their favourite literary authors. With Oscar included in the bunch, we wonder if this wallpaper would have done him proud.

Check out BooksActually’s other art installations, chill out at their cafe or simply indulge in a good read today!

The Private Lives of Pippa Lee (M18)

From all outward appearances, Pippa Lee (Wright Penn) leads a charmed existence. She is the devoted wife of an accomplished publisher (Arkin) thirty years her senior, a proud mother of two, and a trusted friend and confidant to all who cross her path. Embarking on a bittersweet journey of self-discovery, accompanied by a new, strange and soulful acquaintance (Reeves), Pippa must now confront both her volatile past and the hidden resentment of her seemingly perfect life in order to find her true sense of self.
